Current Resident Barbie Perry will be in a group exhibition this March! Here are some previews of some of the great work she has been making, so be sure to swing by and check out! Details for the exhibition are below:
March 2nd thru 29th 2018 exhibit "seeking light: shedding light" will be on display in downtown gallery at the main branch of the Peoria Public Library on Monroe. Four artists will address the theme of the exhibit through their individual mediums - oil painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, textiles, and book arts. Art has always been a means for finding and expressing meaning, shedding light on the human experience. The artists are: Peg Toliver, Barbie Perry, Debra Risberg and Judy Ritchie. A public reception will be held on Saturday March 10th from 2 to 4 p.m.
Gallery hours are Monday-Saturday 9am to 6pm. Really excited to see this show!
